These General Conditions of Sale in accordance with the provisions of DL 24/2014 of 14 Feb. detailed below (here referred to as "general conditions") are intended to regulate the contractual relations for the sale/order of products and articles between every customer using the website www.tanzanna.com (here referred to as "user") and the Shebiju® commercial banner that belongs to to the company Amazing Me – Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda, with NIF 517096528, telephone contact +351 914094770 and whose head office is located at Rua de Entrecampos, 1 A (next to Campo Pequeno) in Lisbon, Portugal.
The general conditions of sale are the only ones to be applicable and replace all other conditions, except prior express and written agreement. Tanzanna® may at any time modify certain provisions of its general conditions, as well as the presentation and configuration of the Site, expand or reduce services, and even remove it from the network, as well as the services and content made available, all unilaterally and without prior notice, and we advise you to reread it each time you visit the Tanzanna® site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general conditions of sale. By connecting to the website, the customer undertakes to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use.

This Site is governed by the regulations applicable exclusively in Portugal and both nationals and foreigners who use it are subject to them.
Access to our Site by the CUSTOMER is free of charge. The CUSTOMER, when using our portal, its contents or services, expressly accepts and submits to the general conditions of use thereof. If the user does not agree with these conditions of use, he must refrain from using this portal and operating through it.
The provision of personal data and the purchase of products through our portal requires a minimum age of 18 years or, where applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Therefore, the use, reproduction, copying and dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images and videos contained in this website is subject to your prior authorization in this regard. It is only allowed to use the contents of the website for personal purposes. No part of the website may be reproduced for the purpose of being marketed or distributed for commercial purposes, and may not be modified or incorporated into any other work, publication or website either in electronic format or in transfer mode to any other website.
4. Products and Prices
On the product pages of our website www.tanzanna.com we provide information regarding the essential characteristics of our products through technical descriptions shared by their suppliers, and photographs that illustrate the products sold, in strict respect for the best standards in the market. However, the descriptions and images are not contractual and therefore Tanzanna® cannot be held responsible if there is any error related to the descriptions or if the images do not correspond to the product to which they refer.
Note: The colors displayed on computers may depend on several factors such as the monitor's resolution and the color temperature setting of the monitor itself, so the actual color of the product may not be the same as the color shown in the photograph.
The prices of all products indicated on our website www.tanzanna.com and its subdomains are presented in Euros . The prices indicated include VAT in force in Portugal. However, Tanzanna® reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices and promotions shown on our website may also change and their availability may be related to limited periods. Some offers may have a quantity limit per customer which, if applicable, will always be shown in the specific offer.
5. Purchase Process
In order to make an online purchase on the website www.tanzanna.com, it is mandatory to create a register and to fill in the customer's data, namely by indicating the name and email address with the consequent creation of an account and inclusion in our databases. With the effective account created, our customers will be able to see their data recognized automatically whenever they visit our online store.
The account will function as a personal and private space where, for example, favorite products or order history will be associated. This personal account will also be associated with sending our newsletter and promotions. Registration and access imply full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the User. You can also order:
Step 1 - To buy through the website, the customer must choose all the items or products he intends to purchase, select the size and quantity (when this option is available) and click on the "Add to Cart" field.
Step 2 - After adding all the products they wish to purchase to the “Cart”, the customer must access the “Shopping Cart” field, clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. All selected and added articles and products will be displayed there. In the virtual shopping cart, the user always has the possibility to modify the desired items (add or delete).
Step 3 - To complete the purchase, the customer must click on the "Buy" button and enter the requested data regarding the order, billing, shipping and payment.
If you have a discount voucher, you can enter it in the “Order Summary” area, in the “Discount Code” field and click on the “apply” button. The discount will be automatically applied to the total amount of the order.
The insertion of incorrect or incomplete data prevents the order process, and Tanzanna does not assume any damage due to such actions. Details to be taken into account for correct user conduct:
1- Check the inserted items and their respective quantity;
2- Select the delivery address;
3- Confirm the total amount of the order and select the payment method;
4- Before finalizing the purchase, confirm the global value of the order including shipping costs.
6. Shipping and Shipping
Orders will be processed after confirmation of payment and verification of stock availability. Orders paid on Friday after 2 pm (Lisbon time) will be processed on the following working day. If any of the ordered items is unavailable, or if we need additional information, Tanzanna will contact you via the email provided when registering the order.
The costs of the shipping service are at the expense of the user and buyer, unless otherwise stated, and are added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process.
Postage in mainland Portugal for purchases over €100.00 is free.
Shipping to countries outside the EU
Shipping costs outside Portugal are calculated at checkout, based on the country chosen for delivery.
Orders will be delivered by a suitable transport company (CTT, DHL or GLS) within 3-7 working days from the date of confirmation of payment and if the product(s) are available.
International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the destination country (Import Fees). Tanzanna does not control these costs, nor is it able to make an estimate, and they are the buyer's responsibility.
Please remember that it is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the country's import laws and pay the import duties/fees.
** The UK has left the EU. We ask that you familiarize yourself with the new laws and import duties as EU laws no longer apply, namely the Brexit fee.
Due to the high number of products sold on our website, and despite all our verification efforts, there is always the possibility of a possible error in the price of an item or even a stock outage due to the update intervals between platforms. If Tanzanna® verifies this situation during the processing of an order, it will immediately contact the respective customer, providing the option to choose another size of the same model, another model with the size originally chosen, reconfirm your order at the correct price , or, rather, cancel it. In any case, the customer can confirm by email, Whatsupp or telephone the stock of the item he intends to purchase in our online store www.tanzanna.com .
In the event of a computer, manual, technical error, or of any other origin, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by Tanzanna® in the public sale price, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the request for purchase will be considered invalid and void.
The prices and products available on www.tanzanna.com are valid only for purchase orders made through www.tanzanna.com .
Deliveries are carried out by an appropriate transport company between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm on working days, and shipping times do not include Sundays or holidays. All shipments in the National Territory (mainland Portugal) take about 24/48h (working day) and on the islands about 5 working days ;
International Territory , varies from territory to territory, usually takes 5/6 business days .
If the two delivery attempts fail and the order is returned, the new shipment will only be made after a new payment of postage.
Tanzanna does not have a scheduling or marking service, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the transport company. During sales season/ Black Friday/ Christmas/out of stock or carrier strike, we do not guarantee the mentioned deadlines, and there may be delays.
Upon delivery, the carrier must provide proof of receipt to be signed by you or by the person duly authorized to receive the order. It is presumed, for all intents and purposes, that anyone at the delivery location indicated by the User is entitled to receive the order. It is the User's responsibility to ensure the presence of a suitable person to receive the order at the indicated address, without the need for any prior notice from the carrier.
It should also be considered that due to current circumstances that delay the delivery of raw materials, there may be delays in shipments. Portuguese law and European standards are in agreement with regard to what is considered a reasonable time for delivery of orders. A period of 30 days is established for the delivery to be completed. After this deadline, you can consider it a late order.
Tanzanna uses specialized partners to transport all orders placed through this website - www.tanzanna.com. When buying, the user accepts all the conditions described and cannot hold Tanzanna responsible for delays in delivery, carrier failures or any other reason that is affected by the dispatch and delivery process. In the event of any incident, Tanzanna will always act in favor of the User's rights and in promoting a healthy and beneficial commercial relationship. If you need your item by a certain date, we strongly recommend that you order in advance to avoid disappointment due to possible shipping delays. We thank you for your understanding.
7. Security of Private Information
Tanzanna is obligated to protect your private information. The personal data received during your connection to our commercial website will be used for the purpose of managing your order, answering your questions and sending you information about Tanzanna products and services, both by post and electronically. We will not sell, lease or disclose your personal data (including to third parties).
You can exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation, as well as revoke the consent given for the sending of commercial communications, by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
8. Exchanges and/or Returns
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges of items are borne by the Customer, except for the costs of returning items with any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, which in this case will be borne by Tanzanna®. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you can exchange/return the item. If you want a refund of the amount, you must tell us your NIB or you can keep a credit for a next purchase.
You can return your order up to 14 days after purchasing/receiving the item. If this period has been exceeded since your purchase/receipt of the order, unfortunately Tanzanna will not be able to refund or exchange it.
To make exchanges or returns, you must inform us first to the email email@example.com and always within the established period.
It is only possible to exchange and/or return an item as long as it is in perfect condition in which it was purchased and without any sign of use. We therefore recommend that you keep the order in its original packaging and properly labelled. The exchange is only allowed for a product of equal or greater value, in the latter case having to pay the remaining value. The article must always be accompanied by the invoice.
Having exercised the right of withdrawal in the previous terms, Amazing Me – Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda will refund the price paid to the customer without any expenses or charges for this, with the refund being made through the same payment method. If there are previous transport costs, these will not be included.
Returns made by the Customer and at their expense, under the right of withdrawal, must be sent by post to the address Rua de Entrecampos, 1 A , 1000-151 Lisboa, Portugal .
If you choose to return your products, please follow these steps:

Step 2 - Put the references of the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.

Step 4 - You will receive an email from email@example.com confirming the conditions for your return.
Step 5 - Proceed to send your order and keep the proof of delivery.
Step 6 - We will process your return and refund you as soon as possible. The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, so we suggest contacting your bank directly for more information.
In the process of sending by the customer one or more items for exchange or return, the customer (user or buyer) is responsible for the good use, safety and proper shipment of the items to the Tanzanna address. In this way, we are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from this transport process.
When received, all articles are duly analyzed and will only be accepted after checking their compliance.

10. Available Payment Methods
Available payment methods are: Bank Transfer (if orders by email), Multibanco, MbWay, Visa, Paypal, and Google Pay.
The Customer may pay for their orders using a Credit Card or via PayPal, with the respective global amount being debited from the associated account.
The prices of the pieces are indicated in euros (€), include VAT at the legal rate and include or not shipping costs (information provided during the purchase).
Payment for the order takes place in real time through PayPal, as soon as the personal data provided is verified to be correct.
Tanzanna guarantees total security and confidentiality of the data provided, with the details of the card used for payment transmitted via SSL certificate in encrypted form.
In certain situations and in order to ensure that the transaction in progress does not constitute a fraudulent operation, Tanzanna may request additional information or the provision of additional data. If the Customer refuses to provide or make available said additional information, this will prevent Tanzanna from verifying the authenticity of the transaction, thus reserving the right not to proceed and/or accept the order.
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that, in the event that payment for the products is made via PayPal, the global amount of the order will be immediately debited from the associated PayPal account.
If the payment of the global amount of the order is made by credit card, the order will only be completed when the respective credit is verified. If the bank rejects the transaction, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The invoice to be issued will consider the information provided by the customer, the breakdown of the prices of the items purchased, the amount of postage and the applicable VAT, and in any case it is not possible to change the data contained therein.
In the event that the user does not (validly and irrefutably) make the payment after 24 hours, Tanzanna reserves the right to cancel the order immediately.

Despite all efforts to prevent this, Tanzanna® cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or similar elements in electronic documents and files stored in its computer system and on its website, and therefore cannot be considered responsible for any damage caused and derived the possible presence of viruses and other analogous elements.
14. Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Use and Sale are governed by Portuguese law. The resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation and execution of these General Conditions will be subject to Portuguese law and courts, with express waiver of any others and in particular the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of Lisbon.
